Refund policy

 

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

  • Not subject to an exchange or refund.
  • Promotional codes cannot be used on sale items. Discount codes can only be used on full priced items. Only one discount code can be used per order.

EXCHANGES

  • Sale items, items purchased with a discount code or items purchased with a credit note are not subject to an exchange.
  • All items are to be in their original condition with all tags and hygiene labels attached and not have any strong odours, makeup or stains.
  • Orders must be returned to us within 14 days from date of purchase.
  • You must include a note detailing your order number, full name and exchange size and/or style.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability - please check online before returning.
  • You must include a prepaid postage satchel with your return and postage details filled out as we are not responsible for the cost of return shipping

CREDIT NOTE

  • When returning your items please ensure all items are in their original condition with all tags and hygiene labels attached and not have any strong odours, makeup or stains.
  • Please email us at info@drewsclothing.com.au to request a credit note. You will need to provide the credit note number given to you with your returned items.
  • You will receive an email confirmation stating your credit note has been processed.
  • Shipping chargers will not be credited
  • Credit notes are valid for 6 months from date of issue.

REFUNDS

  • Sale items, items purchased with a discount code or items purchased with a credit note are not subject to a refund.
  • All items are to be in their original condition with all tags and hygiene labels attached and not have any strong odours, makeup or stains.
  • Orders must be returned to us within 14 days from date of purchase.
  • Refunds will be credited back on the original form of payment
  • You will receive an email confirmation stating your refund has been processed.
  • Shipping chargers will not be refunded.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking.
